Pair of Jacobean Revival Carved Oak Armchairs

A handsome pair of Jacobean Revival oak armchairs, dating to the early 20th century.

Each chair has an elaborately carved crest above a cane back, with barley-twist uprights, scrolling arms and a brown upholstered seat. Turned legs and stretchers add to their richly detailed appearance.

Full of character and decorative presence, they would work beautifully as occasional chairs or at either end of a dining table. The frames show age-related wear. cane in good order.
