Product Details

A substantial Mahogany and Ebonised Pier mirror with a classical architectural frame. The rectangular mirror plate is flanked by two ebonised columns with decorative capitals, beneath a projecting cornice and a richly coloured wooden frieze centred with an applied floral ornament.

The contrast between the dark columns and warm timber gives the mirror a strong, elegant presence. It would work particularly well above a console, in a hallway or as a focal point in a sitting room.

Condition: Age-related marks to the frame and some marks to the mirror plate, including those visible near the lower edge.
